When an individual is behind the wheel, they should be concentrating on the task at hand, driving. Drinking and eating lunch or a snack while driving might not require that much attention, but if something were to spill, this would have the driver taking their eyes off the road and it only takes a second for something to happen. Saving a life, maybe one's own or that of the family the driver has with them, is as simple as driving the speed limit and taking the precautions needed to stay alert and focused.
